Please complete the following details to request your pre-approval for Pet Funding.
Once your pre-approval has been processed, you and your vet shall be notified by email a pre approval limit which will enable your pets treatment to proceed.
Upon completion of treatment, your vet will process a full application for the final invoiced amount and you will be emailed an online link to confirm your bank details for direct debit payment over 3,6,9 or 12 months.

Please note, the application fee of $175.00 is payable as the first instalment and interest is set at 35.40% per annum
